What types of Valified subscriptions are available, and where can I find information about them?
You can sign up on Valified's ESG platform with either a Starter or Pro subscription. Starter is completely free, and Pro can be easily purchased to gain access to additional features, including the ability to create and publish sustainability reports. Read more and compare prices and packages here
Why don’t I have access to a sustainability report?
This is likely because you are on our Starter subscription. You can easily upgrade from Starter to Pro, which will give you access to creating a sustainability report. You can do this by following these instructions:
- Log in to your profile here and click on your company name in the lower left corner.
- Click "Upgrade Now" at the top of the page, then "Purchase ESG Pro." Click "Change Plan." Select "ESG Pro" and click "Continue."
- Add any promotional code if applicable. Finally, click "Subscribe and Pay."
What does my ESG Starter subscription give me access to?
Valified's ESG Starter subscription is free and gives you access to most features on Valified's ESG Platform. This solution is recommended for those who want to easily get started with ESG reporting. If you wish to share your ESG data externally and prepare a sustainability report, you may want to consider purchasing Valified's ESG Pro subscription. How do I get invited to Valified?
There are several ways to get started on Valified's ESG platform. We collaborate with a number of partners who offer free or partially paid access to Valified. If you’re unsure how to access Valified through one of our partners, contact Valified's support team, who are ready to assist you.
If you are not associated with one of our partners, you can sign up for free through our Starter subscription or purchase extended access via our Pro subscription here.
Where can I see which subscription I have?
You can easily see which subscription you are on by logging in to your profile, clicking on your company name in the lower left corner, and then selecting "My Profile" and "My Payments." Here, you can see which subscription you are on.
How do I change my plan?
You can easily upgrade from Starter to Pro, which will give you access to creating a sustainability report. You can do this by following these instructions:
